&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;I like to understand how things work, and figure out how to make them better. From people and their social-technical contexts to cooking and dismantling most anything I can get my hands on. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Professionally, I use mixed methods to design, build, and evaluate systems in the flavors of ubiquitous computing and computer supported cooperative work. Although my work sits in many contexts—such as olfaction, premature infants, autism, wellbeing, productivity, and education—it generally fits the theme of understanding the implications of using technology to support desired outcomes &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Personally, I pick up a lot of technical hobbies and I&amp;#039;m not afraid to get my hands dirty. Recently I got upset that water was flooding my friend&amp;#039;s house, so I re-graded their patio.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
